Hurray!

I got my new camera today!!! Yay!!!!!!!

Actually, it'd been lying in the post office since Saturday, but I never received a notice to come pick it up and so the ladies working there wouldn't let me have it. I didn't get a notice today either, but printed out the order number from online and it worked.

Look how good it is!

I've applied to university next year. Look out, England! The application form was weird, and in the end we found out we didn't have to fill out half of it, so that was a waste of time. I even wrote a "Personal Statement" (full of crap), and we didn't need it. Oh well. Next I'll have to apply for somewhere to live, I think I've decided to go with one of the en-suite rooms, because I'd really like to have my own bathroom and not share with 10 other people. Especially when I'm that far away from home, it's nice to not dread going back where I live. It's crazy expensive (NOK 1000 more than I pay here, where everything is brand new and the room is much bigger), but I'll find some way to afford it. I want to look forward to going, not dreading it.

Although, I will dread it, of course, because H and Mom and everyone I know will just be so far away... It's really scary, but hopefully it'll be a great and positive experience!

I've bought myself a pair of rocking new sunglasses, kind of Jackie O. Love them!

PS: I'm finished copying and pasting all my entries into Word documents. Now at least I have a backup, although it appears Diaryland is pretty safe. At least Andrew says so!
