Worried But Not About Flowers

While enjoying a cup of tea and a couple of chocolate muffins and reading a magazine, I'm also worrying about this summer and whether or not I'll have a job. I need something to do for the next four months (can you believe I don't start school in England before October? Here in Norway we start in the first half of August...). The job I was hoping to get (at a museum) fell through, so now I'm just searching and worrying, searching and worrying. As if exam nerves wasn't enough!

I'm nursing a little side project to keep my mind off things. It's amazing what an empty milk carton, some dirt and a few seeds can do!

On the packs it says "pink petticoats" and "zinnias", but after a quick google search for the former brought up a number of totally different flowers in addition to the one pictured on the pack, I'm wondering if that is indeed the correct name. Could be a difference between British and American English though.

See? These are the things that interest me now. I'm a language student for real, yo.
